What’s Included:

1. Comprehensive installation of the air conditioning unit.
2. Connection of the air conditioner to the nearest electrical outlet for 9,000 BTU and 12,000 BTU units.
3. Up to 3 hours of installation work per air conditioner. Any additional work beyond this time frame will incur extra charges by the installer.
4. Installation up to a maximum height of 3 meters above ground level.
5. Service coverage within a 50km radius from Cape Town, Pretoria, and Johannesburg. A call-out fee may be applicable in certain areas.

Not Included:

1. External isolators and any supplementary electrical work required, such as connecting the air conditioner to the main switchboard, for 18,000 BTU and 24,000 BTU air conditioning units.
2. Additional gas piping. Charges for this will be determined by the installer on-site.
3. Trunking to conceal the piping.

Please note that the installer will provide a separate quote for any extra materials and additional work. While holes created during installation will be filled, they will not be painted. Travel expenses may apply if the installation location is beyond a 50km radius from the installer’s base.
